This role will focus on contract acquisitions in Midlands to South East, so you will ideally be located in the Oxfordshire to Home Counties area.
As a proven Business Development Manager, you will be someone who already enjoys fantastic client relations, has strong influencing skills and is well-networked within the Education sector. You will be engaging, energetic, dynamic, self-driven and have a winning mind set. It is also essential that you have a genuine passion for food and keep up with all the latest food trends, with a keen desire to join a collaborative and non-corporate owner-operated business.

- Significant experience within a sales focused role in education contract catering
- A non-corporate mindset – this role will form part of a creative and collaborative leadership team
- Proven experience in managing and directing the full sales process within contract catering
- Ability to listen and identify client needs
- A pro-active solution-focused approach
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A strong commercial mind and natural ability to present food service contract financials
- The ability to influence and win trust
- Experience within a hungry and fast-paced sales-focused environment
- Drive, determination and ability to work both alone and in collaboration with the leadership team
- A highly engaging, energetic, likeable personality
- Exemplary written skills
- Previous operational experience within education contract catering would also be hugely advantageous
