The Job Role
  • Front Office Manager for a stunning property 
  • To manage and lead the reception team 
  • To welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service 
  • Have a passion for providing hospitality and exceeding guests expectations
 
The Requirements
  • The successful Front Office Manager will have previous experience in hotels as a Front Office or Reception Manager in a hotel
  • A professional and attentive hotel Front Office Manager, willing to go "the extra mile" 
  • Have great leadership skills, to progress and motivate the front office team
  • Experience with Opera-Cloud would be a bonus
