- Front Office Manager for a stunning property
- To manage and lead the reception team
- To welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Have a passion for providing hospitality and exceeding guests expectations
The Requirements
- The successful Front Office Manager will have previous experience in hotels as a Front Office or Reception Manager in a hotel
- A professional and attentive hotel Front Office Manager, willing to go "the extra mile"
- Have great leadership skills, to progress and motivate the front office team
- Experience with Opera-Cloud would be a bonus
