The Job Role:
  • Senior sous chef for an accoladed restaurant, in a luxury hotel
  • 4 day working week - 48 hours per week 
  • A Sous chef reporting directly into the hotel's Executive Chef
  • To manage a dedicated brigade of 12
  • Ensuring Michelin standards are executed to the highest level at all times
The Requirements:
  • A Sous chef with a Michelin star or rosette background
  • A Sous Chef who has a true passion for food with an ability to lead from the pass
  • A self-starter who relishes staff development and nurturing a brigade
  • A Sous Chef with a proven record as a strong team leader
The Location:
  • Warwickshire
  • Free parking
