The Job Role

• Multi outlet property 
• Head Chef role looking after 500+ Covers daily for lunch, with Hospitality
• Fresh food offering 
• Managing a large brigade of 14

The Requirements

• A strong individual with a background within high volume quality kitchens,
• Proven experience at Head Chef level for a minimum of one year.
• Preferred candidate will have experience of rosettes but not essential
• Passionate individuals who relish developing their team, including apprentices.
• The Head Chef will have a very strong background at managing large volumes of footfall
