The Job Role:

• Chef Manager to oversee 100% fresh food operation.
• A diligent Chef Manager for a small prestigious independent school.
• The Chef Manager will lead and develop a team of 15.

The Requirements

• A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations. 
• A chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with current food trends.
• Good financial acumen and the ability to manage and control food costs.
• A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
• Computer literate and can liaise with clients
