- Head Chef to oversee Events predominantly
- Manage 7 Chefs and 2 KP's
- The Head Chef to create bespoke menus with fresh food
- Head Chef to have a hands on approach, key strategy planning and building client relationships
- To develop and train kitchen team
- A Senior Sous or Head Chef with good experience in fresh food operations.
- A Senior Sous or Head Chef with a background in B&I / Hotels / Venues is essential.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking executive chef who leads from the front
