The Job Role:
  • Head Chef to oversee Events predominantly 
  • Manage 7 Chefs and 2 KP's
  • The Head Chef to create bespoke menus with fresh food 
  • Head Chef to have a hands on approach, key strategy planning and building client relationships
  • To develop and train kitchen team 
The Requirements
  • A Senior Sous or Head Chef with good experience in fresh food operations. 
  • A Senior Sous or Head Chef with a background in B&I / Hotels / Venues is essential.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking executive chef who leads from the front
