The Job Role
- Regional Executive Chef within a superb branded high-end restaurant group.
- Regional Executive Chef to support the Head of Food who is the direct report for this role.
- Regional Executive Chef to support the business needs over 7 Fresh food sites.
- Regional Executive Chef to train and develop staff members.
- To help sites hit labour targets and food targets.
The Requirements
- A Ops Chef or Executive Chef with Branded Restuarant orgastro pub background
- A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
- A self-starter who relishes staff development
- An Ops Chef who has experience within fast paced kitchen environments
The Location
- South West.
- This is a regional role covering the south west.
