The Job Role
  • Front Office Manager for a 4* property 
  • To manage and lead the reception team of 7
  • To welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service 
  • Have a passion for providing hospitality and exceeding guests expectations
The Requirements
  • The successful Front Office Manager will have previous experience in hotels as a Front Office or Reception Manager
  • A professional and attentive Front Office Manager, willing to go "the extra mile" 
  • Have great leadership skills, to progress and motivate the front office team
  • Experience in Opera is preferred, although not essential.
