The Job Role:
  • Guest Services Manager for a private members club 
  • Overseeing the reception team, ensuring exceptional service
  • Big focus on member retentions, ensuring members are fully satisfied with their club experience
  • Creating events for members across the calendar year
  • This is a fixed term 12 month role with the option to extending at the end. 
The Requirements:
  • The Guest Services Manager will have experience of managing hospitality teams and driving service standards.
  • The Guest Services Manager will have excellent communication skills
  • A self-starter with a genuine passion for food and eager to develop their team
  • The preferred Guest Services Manager will have experience of dealing with guest queries on a regular basis and be able to resolve issues.
