The Package

• Base salary of up to £32,000 per annum

The Requirements

• To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
• Working and managing shifts within food and beverage or events departments
• Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under an established General Manager
• Service standards driven Assistant F&B Manager with a desire to be the best
• Experience in both M&E and Restaurant environments desirable but not essential

The Job Role

• Assistant F&B Manager within a 4* hotel
• Running & planning for all F&B departments reporting in to the Food Services Manager
• Responsible for a large team of Supervisors & team members
