The Job Role
- To manage the hotel meetings and events sales team ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
- The experienced sales office manager will drive and motivate the team and complete all training
- Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets
The Requirements
- The ideal experienced sales office manager will have previous experience within a hotel meetings and events sales department
- To ensure the sales team are maximising sales conversion of all enquiries and new buisness achieved
- Responsible for leading and motivating a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenue
- To update weekly forecasting at set appropriate strategies
- The sales office manager will build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best service
- Create a fun working environment for the sales office and develop team members
