- The Head Chef will be leading a brigade within a busy full service kitchen
- Provide exceptional food to diners at a high standard
- Manage the kitchen and take ownership of ordering, recruitment, rotas amongst other Head Chef duties.
- A Head Chef with a strong background in a hotel preferably
- The ideal candidate will have experience within multisite operations and fast paced kitchen
- A calm approach to heading up the kitchen during busy service periods
- The Head Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- The Head Chef will be interested in current food trends
