- Circa £41,000 per Annum
- 45 hours a week (if more then paid overtime)

- A Senior Sous Chef to support the Head chef to manage the kitchen activities including overseeing staff, assisting with preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness,
- A Senior Sous Chef to help support with the managing and recruiting of all new back of house team members.
- A Senior Sous Chef that has the ability to support with running busy services and concepts at the same time.
- A proven track record within a fresh food operation.
- A proven track record with leading a team.
- A Senior Sous Chef with a background in hotels or quality restaurants
- The Senior Sous Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken
- A team player who leads from the front.
