The Package

• Salary of £38,000 per annum
• Additional bonus
• Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
• 10 Weeks holiday per year
• No evenings
• Term Time Only

The Job Role:

• Head Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
• A strong chef to oversee a 100% fresh operation in busy operation 
• The Head Chef will have strong management experience and be able to develop a dedicated kitchen team

The Requirements

• A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with a volume background
• A Strong Manager with experience of managing teams of 5 or more.
• Knows how to do profit and loss
• A genuine love for food
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• Head Chef experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
