People Manager

The Job Role

• Human Resources Manager for a 150+ bedroom hotel
• To work closely with the General Manager and Regional HR Director to deliver the people strategy.
• Responsible for hiring, onboarding, compliance, grievances, disciplinary and team welfare, managing a team of two. 
• Proactive and reactive training
• Responsible for around circa 200 employees in the hotel

• Basic salary of £35,000 per annum

The Requirements

• Experience within a hospitality Human Resources generalist Management role.
• A keen interest in staff welfare/training/recruitment with experience in one of these areas.
• Outstanding communication skills
• The Human Resources Manager will be passionate about hospitality and will be the ambassador of the hotel 
• A strong individual with a resilient and positive  ‘can do’ attitude.
