The Package
  • Circa £50,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Closed at Xmas

The Job Role
  • An Events Operations Manager of a busy 25+ meeting room conference & events venue.
  • To effectively manage a team of over 40 full time staff to deliver corporate events, inclusive of front of house and back of house staff 
  • As the face of the venue, you will be engaging with clients ensuring securing repeat business for the company. 
  • You will be used to working to SOP's but with the ability to be creative and make your own calls for the customer
  • A predominantly Monday - Friday role.
The Requirements
  • The Event Operations Manager will have a strong operational meeting and events background within hotels/venues or stadia 
  • This role could suit a strong Operations Manager from a conference based hotel looking for progression within the events sector. 
  • A must for the Event Operations Manager is exceptional people management skills
  • A team player who leads from the front and is super engaging with the team and clients alike.
