The Role
- The retail manager will work with the operations manager and food development team to ensure retail food concepts are landing at site level.
- The Retail Manager will visit and audit sites and will support unit manager and chefs to achieve the company retail standard.
- The Retail Manager will support with mobilisations and projects and ensure retail catering consistency across the patch.
- The Retail Manager will train, engage and motivate onsite teams to ensure the set retail standard is always delivered.
The Requirements
- A strong Retail Manager with multisite experience in leading high street branded cafes and/or coffee shops.
- A background in contract catering is desirable
- Previous experience of openings and mobilisations and or staff engagement and training.
- A Self-starter with a passion for standards.
- The successful retail manager will have have a eye for detail and will be able to engage and inspire the team to deliver the company vision.
The Location
- London and home counties
- A regional ‘road based’ role within the above areas.
