- Back of House Manager to ensure all equipment is packed and cleaned thoroughly.
- The Back of House Manager to carry out quality checks including to identify damaged and faulty equipment.
- To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 15.
- To maintain all chemical and equipment stock levels and keep track of orders and deliveries.
- Back of House Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and maintaining standards across and between shifts within the teams to ensure optimum performance is achieved.
- A proven track record of managing a team.
- Back of House Manager with a key eye for detail.
- Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken english.
