• £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

The Job Role 
  

• General Manager for an inflight meals and airline catering provider.
• The General Manager will oversee the business from an operational point and with a strategic focus
• The General Manager will be fully accountable for the P&L and take responsibility for controlling costs and managing labour budgets.
• The General Manager will ensure QHSE standards are adhered to and will ensure best practices are embedded.
• The unit manager will liaise with senior clients and ensure a high level of customer service is always delivered.

The Requirements

• A strategic manager with experience of managing large multifaceted catering operations.
• Experience of managing high volume food production is desirable
• Strong people management skills and ability to manage large teams of 200 + and multiple heads of department
• Solid commercial and financial acumen.

• Gatwick Airport
