The Job Role

• Assistant Maintenance Manager required to lead the team and uphold the standards of the property.
• To fulfil all legal requirements and manage the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
• Train and develop a team, reporting into the Maintenance Manager

The Requirements

• The Assistant Maintenance Manager will have experience of supervising teams
• Passionate hands on individual who is looking to develop their career.
• The Assistant Maintenance Manager will have an understanding of compliance including legionella and fire alarm testing. 
• A Self-starter with a strong team ethic.
• A background of proven maintenance in hotels, care homes or student accomodation.
