- Up to £60,000 per annum basic salary

- Head Chef to oversee catering for staff dining & hospitality for approx. 250 per day
- Responsible for recruiting, supporting, training and people development.
- Head Chef to manage the kitchen & a team of 6+
- Growing and developing the team, driving an elevated food offering.
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues
- Confidently and positively adapting to the business needs as it grows
- A Head Chef who comes from a high-end B&I background, or has experience in fine dining & event catering
- Experience in fine dining is desirable
- Experience of working to set KPI’s in a challenging environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan, monitor, and implement changes to support the goals of the business
