- Managing a team of circa 40 staff.
- General Manager of a 20 bedroom gastro pub with rooms.
- Leading from the front, the General Manager will be the face of the boutique hotel, driving local business.
- Delivering a financial budget
- 5 days over 7
- Responsible for driving the business forward
- You will have managed fresh food gastro pubs with rooms ideally
- This is not a first time General Managers position.
- The General Manager will be driving local business so we are looking for a real people person.
- We are looking for a hands on operator - this is not an office based role.
