- Head Chef to manage the kitchen activities including overseeing staff, assisting with production. preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring, ordering and stocking.
- The Head Chef will delegate tasks daily to sous chef and other kitchen staff; manage their progress throughout the day
- There will be opportunities to do demo's and presentations for clients and to visit other sites around the world.
- You will maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
- Head Chef will need to adhere to inflight services security compliance
- To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 22.
- Head Chef with full autonomy on menus with support to introduce new ideas and offerings.
- A proven track record within a high volume and fresh food operation.
- The Head Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken
- A team player who leads from the front.
- The Head Chef must be able to lead and influence the kitchen team.
