- Senior Prep Chef for a 100% fresh food operation for a busy staff restaurant.
- The Senior Prep chef will oversee 2 CDPs and support with food preparation for the day shift.
- The Senior Prep Chef and their team will produce sandwiches and grab and go items for the retail outlets
- The Senior prep chef will support with meat and vegetable prep for daily changing menu for the staff restaurant.
- The Senior Prep Chef will ensure items are produced to required specification.
- The Senior prep chef will be responsible for H&S and due diligence.
- A diligent proven senior chef that can lead a team of 2.
- Good knife skills and experience of working with fresh ingredients
- A reliable and diligent chef that can follow instructions.
- Ideally with experience of volume catering.
- Good communication skills.
