- 4 days on 2 days off

- Hours – 5am til 1:30pm or 7am – 3:30pm or 11am till 7pm (latest finish is 7pm)
- 28 days holiday
- Chef de Partie to aid with production preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking.
- The Chef de Partie to ensure / maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
- Keep cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours
- Ensure all food preparation and presentation adhere to customer quality standards
- The Chef de Partie will assist the head chef with customer menu creation and presentation.
- A proven chef de partie with 3 years experience in catering
- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career
- Excellent communication, team work and customer service skills
- Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
