The Job Role

• An experienced meetings & events sales executive 
• Finding leads and new business for the hotel to increase conversion and drive new bookings
• Support the sales and marketing manager by producing weekly reports 
• Prepare sales and marketing plans
• Keep the CRM system up to date with client details 
• Attend FAM trips and events 
• To develop and maximise repeat business to increase revenue for the meetings and events department

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have previous meetings and events sales experience 
• The experienced meetings and events sales executive will ensure maximum sales conversion 
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure all information is accurately entered into the system
• A keen attitude to go beyond expectations and deliver exceptional customer service
