Conference and Events Operation Manager

The Package 

• Up to £40,000 per annum

The Job Role

• The Conference and Events Manager will be responsible for managing the operations team for all conference and events. 
• Build and maintrain working relationships 
• Oversee the cost management and ensure budgets and costs are on target.
• Providing a high quality level of service by anticipating customer’s needs and providing a seamless event for all customers.
• Leading from the front to deliver exceptional service with a strong team who of many are long serving staff. 

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in events.
• Strong leadership and able to lead by example. 
• The Conference and Events Manager must have passion for hospitality and be able to inspire their team.  
• The ability to find solutions
• Strong communication skills 
• The Conference and Events Manager will have a track record of dealing with high volume conference, events or banquets in hotels, stadia or venues.
• To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
• The Conference and Events Manager will have experience in inputting into brand standards and operating procedures to ensure a consistently efficient and high level of service and standards are delivered.
