Talent Hive lands in the UAE
We've opened our first Middle East office, a new home in Business Bay, Dubai. Talent Hive Consulting LLC is now live, serving hospitality and facilities management clients across the UAE and the wider MENA region.
Leading it is our Founding Director, Will Gennard, who has relocated to Dubai to launch this next phase of Talent Hive's growth. Same person who built the UK business, now building the regional one, which should tell you how seriously we're taking it.
Joining Will is David Cottam, who brings over ten years in the UAE market with Solutions Group, Mahiki and Al Habtoor Hospitality. David has hired, built and run teams on the operator side across some of Dubai's best-known venues, so when he talks to you about a role, it's from the inside.
This isn't a satellite office running UK candidates at Gulf salaries. It's a local team with local knowledge, building the same specialist bench we've built at home, hotel operations, F&B leadership, hard and soft FM, and the commercial roles that sit above them.
Why now: the region is opening hotels, stadiums, giga-project districts and mixed-use assets faster than the talent market can staff them. Operators are competing for the same shortlist of people, and generalist agencies aren't closing the gap. That's the problem we're set up to solve.
