The Role
  • Senior Sous Chef position overseeing a fast-paced kitchen operation
  • Working within a busy, fresh food banqueting environment
  • Supporting and collaborating with an experienced Banqueting Head Chef
  • Operating across a multi-outlet property
The Candidate
  • Strong background in high-volume, fresh food operations
  • Proven experience at Senior Sous Chef level with a banqueting or events background
  • Passionate leader with the ability to train and develop a brigade
  • Self-motivated with a strong team ethic
