The Job Role

• A Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in leading a busy restaurant kitchen.
• A Sous Chef to oversee the high volume operation 
• A Sous Chef to ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets all expectations of the guests. 
• A Sous Chef to manage a large team.
• A Sous Chef that can lead from the front.
• A Sous Chef to continually drive standards of food service forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high end environment.
• A Sous Chef with proven experience in a similar large venue.
• The ideal candidate will be from a full service restaurant.
• Experience with managing a large team is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant
