The Job Role

• A Duty Manager to support in leading a busy premium cocktail venue.
• A Duty Manager to support with managing and day to day running of the business
• A Duty Manager to continually drive standards of drinks service forward within a late night venue.
• Helping to develop a high-performing and motivated team

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment.
• An assistant manager or duty manager with proven experience in a similar late night venue role.
• A Duty Manager that is able to bring across a great personality.
• Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
