- £35k salary
- 40 hours per week
- 52 working weeks
- 5 days over 7, some evenings.
- Car parking on site
The Job Role
- Pastry Junior Sous Chef in a private school.
- Catering for up to 1500 a day
- Catering for events/pop ups and hospitality
- Cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients.Supporting the Head Chef and team.
The Requirements
- The successful applicant will already be a proven Pastry Junior Sous Chef within Independent Education/B&I Sites/hotels or restaurants
- A passionate foodie who is in touch with current food trends.
- Experience of high volume catering is essential.
