• £36,000 Salary

The Job Role:

• Chef Manager to oversee catering for independent school 
• The Chef Manager will oversee production of this fresh food feeding 300 per day
• The Chef Manager will lead and a small team

The Requirements

• A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations. 
• A chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
• A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
• Computer literate and can liaise with clients
