The Job Role
- Sous Chef to run their own kitchen catering for 500 per day
- Sous Chef to produce high quality food with 100% made on-site.
- Sous Chef to create and design their own menus
- Sous Chef to work within a team of 6
- Sous Chef to be responsible for all health and safety, ordering and stock takes.
The Requirements
- A proven Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen team.
- An experience Sous Chef with a background in busy high quality kitchen operations.
- A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
