The Job Role
  • Sous Chef to run their own kitchen catering for 500 per day 
  • Sous Chef to produce high quality food with 100% made on-site. 
  • Sous Chef to create and design their own menus 
  • Sous Chef to work within a team of 6 
  • Sous Chef to be responsible for all health and safety, ordering and stock takes. 

The Requirements
  • A proven Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen team.
  • An experience Sous Chef with a background in busy high quality kitchen operations.
  • A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
