The Package

• Up to £65,000per annum
• Company Car (BMW 3 series or equivalent)
• 15% of salary bonus

The Job Role

• Senior Operations Manager to oversee 60 education contracts in the Leicester - Luton area
• To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience.
• The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible 4-5 Operations Managers
• To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
• To report into an Operations Director.

The Requirements

• A proven Senior Operations Manager within Education contract catering
• Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential, be that in Education, B&I and/or Healthcare
• The successful Senior Operations Manager will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
• A strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.

The Location

• To be based in Leicester to Luton and Cambridge (M1 Corridor)
• A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
