The Job Role
  • General Manager to oversee a large venue in Surrey
  • To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience.
  • The General Manager will be responsible for P&L, stock management, cost control and effective labour scheduling.
  • To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
  • To report into an Operations Director.
The Requirements
  • A proven General Manager or an Operations Manager looking to return to site level.
  • A background in contract catering is desirable, ideally from B&I or venues.
  • You must be a passionate foodie
  • The successful General Manager will be a self-starter with a passion for people development.
  • A strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
The Location
  • To be based site based in Surrey
  • Parking is available onsite.
