- Chef Manager to oversee both staff dining and hospitality
- The Chef Manager is to work with fresh food only.
- The successful Chef Manager is to lead a small team creating wonderful workplace dining. This role is 70% cooking, 30% management.
- The Chef Manager will report into the Group Culinary Director
- A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations, ideally already within B&I workplace dining.
- A chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
- Computer literate and can liaise with clients
- Edinburgh city centre
