The Package

• £35,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
• 10 Weeks holiday per year
• 6:30am/7am start till 4pm  
• Regular pay reviews
• Term Time Only
• Pension Scheme
• Career progression

The Job Role:

• Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
• A strong chef to oversee a 100% fresh operation in a large contract.
• The Chef Manager will have strong management experience and be able to develop a dedicated kitchen team

The Requirements

• A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with a volume background
• A Strong Manager with experience of managing teams of 5 or more.
• Knows how to do profit and loss
• A genuine love for food
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• Chef Manager experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
• Chef manager that is competent both front and back of house and able to use online systems.
