The Job Role
  • To manage the hotel meetings and events sales and reservations team ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times 
  • The experienced sales office manager will drive and motivate the team and complete all training 
  • Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets 
  • The sales office manager will be responsible for completing the meetings & events forecast and achieving budget
 
The Requirements
  • The ideal experienced sales office manager will have previous experience within a hotel meetings and events sales department 
  • To ensure the sales team are maximising sales conversion of all enquiries and new buisness achieved 
  • Responsible for leading and motivating a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenue 
  • To update weekly forecasting at set appropriate strategies 
  • The sales office manager will build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best service 
  • Create a fun working environment for the sales office and develop team members
