- The Head Chef will be leading a brigade within a busy full service kitchen
- Provide exceptional fresh food to diners at the highest standard
- Manage the kitchen and take ownership of ordering, recruitment, rotas amongst other Head Chef duties.
- A Head Chef with a strong background in a hotel or quality restaurant
- The ideal candidate will have experience within a high volume, fast paced kitchen
- The Head Chef will have worked within fresh food kitchens and be comfortable in writing and costing menus.
- A calm approach to heading up the kitchen during busy service periods.
- The Head Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
