- Spa Manager for a luxury spa in the UK
- Ensuring a high quality level of service and quality of treatment is given to customers at all times and the high company standards are met at all times.
- Responsible for all aspects of the Spa including stock, finance, training and performance management.
- Driving revenue through great diary management, marketing and service.
- The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a spa and are up to date with industry trends and products.
- Experience of working within luxury spas.
- The Spa Manager will have a commercial eye and be able to drive revenue streams.
- You do not need to be spa qualified for this role, you could come from a hotel leisure and spa background.
