The Role
- To manage the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.
- Operations Manager to oversee independent schools
- To ensure food delivery is exceptional in every site.
- To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
The Requirements
- A strong Operations Manager with experience in managing a minimum of 10 contracts.
- Previous background as an Operations Manager within independent education or High End B&I
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
- The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
